      Matey: It is wonderful that you are on vacation. I want to popularize my definitiion of 24/7. 24 hours a week, 7 months a year. I am not quite there yet. But, do enjoy going out of country at least twice a year, even if one of them is Canada or Bahamas. Enjoy your time in Arizona.

    Matey – Great topic “AS-IS”, was looking to continue it in regards to paragraph 12 “sole discretion”. Why do other Realtors, think you can’t cross this out and put a parameter around when a Buyer can cancel. Sit tight – their explanation its a form – banging my head on the desk now!!
