Remember Kindergarten?

While going through some old files in my office yesterday, I came across severalFulghum paragraphs that I am sure you all will remember but it never hurts to repeat.

Robert Fulghum said…and I will paraphrase: most of what we really need to know, about doing, living and being,  we learned in kindergarten:

  • share
  • play fair
  • clean up your own mess
  • don’t take what isn’t yours
  • say you’re sorry when you hurt someone

When you go out into the world, watch for traffic, hold hands and stick together. Be aware of wonder. Goldfish, pets, hamsters, they all die and so do we.  Think of what a better world it would be if we had cookies and milk every afternoon, put things back where we found them and cleaned up our own messes. The world would be a better place to live. It’s the Golden Rule.

So my fellow REALTORS, let’s be good to each other…watch out for each other…hold hands and stick together.

Until next Monday…
